    Wow… The stories a person’s iTunes music playlist tells… When a lifetime of clues and hints and flashing lights aren’t enough, you sometimes need to hit a brick wall – or visit hell.

    • Hibernating is Tempting

    It must be that time of year. I feel like shutting down my website again. But I am not going to. I guess it’s just that I know there aren’t many readers. I used to have lots on my old website. I know I am too political for most, and I don’t make personal posts public anymore. And it’s true, people like to hear about how bad you are doing to make them feel better. Google doesn’t work like it used to, and I don’t get hits on my essays. People are “usually” too busy to comment this time of year. I think I will keep posting anyway.

      Just wanted to say that I always read your blog and I really enjoy it. I don’t usually post because I’m a bit of a lurker — don’t feel discouraged, I’m sure there are many other lurkers out there. I’ll try to post more often in the future! :-D But here’s a plea for you not to shut down your site! I LOVE your site and I check it often for updates.

      Last year, I permanently shut down my whole domain and website around this time, and there have been a few times before that when I shut down for at least a month. I have blogged since November 2001.

      I check the website almost every day, sometimes two or 3 times a day. Your my only source for politcal information! I neeeeeeeeed your website! =) If you close down, I’ll have to watch cnn =p

      I have told a few others about it on youtube, but I’m not sure if they have checked it out or not.

      Your website is very entertaining and education, as well as your blog. I read every post, even though I don’t usually leave a comment.
