I agree with pretty much the entire list! Although I chose single motherhood via adoption, most women don’t get the luxury of choosing this as an option. Not all divorces are mutually desired and others, like my cousin, can find themselves widowed. But yes, I agree that two parents are best. I also agree especially with the damage school can do to sibling relationships.And, for what it’s worth, you can “have” homeschool co-ops, extra curriculars, sports leagues, etc. They waste money, time and patience! Good post.

We’re only a few years into homeschooling, but I will say that I think my boys are already a lot more bonded than most siblings seem to be (way more than I ever was to mine!)

Awesome list. I agree. Now, if I could just figure out how to teach like that… I have decided recently to focus more on the 3 R’s.. but keep some fun stuff, too.
