Welcome to PARENTING FREEDOM.com, a unique website with information based on research, experience, intuition, and Christianity. "O teach me, Lord, that I may teach the precious things Thou dost impart; And wing my words, that they may reach the hidden depths of many a heart." I encourage you to read my parenting essays linked in the left sidebar. Each topic has Scripture verses and quotes that are particularly moving. Thanks for visiting my website, and come back soon!
I remember when I was 7 or 8, a couple of the elite kids chained me to a traffic sign(one of the ones used for instructing parents who pickup their kids), promising to get me out if I couldn’t slip out. After I was chained, they ran away. I was able to slip out after about a minute or two of trying, and wasn’t very traumatized by it, but if I hadn’t been able to I would of probably had been very traumatized, had multiple injuries etc. Just the fact that they were able to do it in the first place spoke about how well the school was watching the kids. There were 30 kids and 2 teachers. This was also in a private school by the way. If something like that can happen in elementary school, what CAN’T happen in middle school or high school?
I just watched the video-that’s AWFUL! At first, I thought some students did it to another student, to be honest, like they were emulating something they saw on television and just didn’t untape him quick enough.
I can’t imagine how someone can hold down a 6 year old child and tape them up! That must of been terrifying. The secretary should face child abuse and child endangerment charges!
