    1. TulipGirl says:

So glad she gave 5 stars to Jo’s Boys. . . that was always one of my favorites, along with Little Men. (Can you tell God well prepared me for a houseful of boys!?)

Toothpaste Millionaire was another one I liked a lot. . . more than the 3 stars she gave it.

    2. carol says:

The little section with the Toothpaste Millionaire was quite a bit below her reading level, so she would have likely scored it higher if she read it earlier.

    3. TulipGirl says:

      That’s understandable. *grin*

I was reading aloud a Scooby Doo book to one of the kids tonight (highbrow, huh? *grin*) It was a nice snuggle time but I put it down in frustration and vented to said child about the biases in the book. . . they were bad. (And we like Scooby Doo!)

    4. Twila says:

      Still again, impressed!
