Wow. I just read your 25 things, actually your website for the 1st time. I have raised my children already, but I will pass this on to my daughter as she raises her 1st child. I like your thoughts, your ideas, your doctrine. It is so refreshing to see the heart of Christ in parenting, rather than militant parenting or super permissive parenting, which are equally destructive. May the Lord continue to bless your efforts of outreach to parents everywhere.

THANK YOU for being so open about your miscarriage. I had a miscarriage at the beginning of this year & it tore my heart in two. I have a 2.5yr old son & I thank God DAILY for the blessing & gift of being a mother, yet I do want more children. My miscarriage was at 8wks, 5days (I guess the baby would have been about 6 wks old) & I firmly believe I miscarried twins. I was so torn up about it but because it was so “early” I sometimes wonder if I over-reacted. I’m so grateful to know that I’m not alone in my feelings & grief & that it is perfectly normal & ok to grieve so much over a child who went to heaven too soon. My heart breaks for you & I pray you have begun to heal.

Very nice. Perhaps you have more “kindred spirits” than you know. They are just in the blogosphere!! I am a homeschooling mom from Ca. You have done a great job with your blog.. Lot’s of good reading here….inspiration and motivation too!! Many Blessings from
