    • Alcohol: Not Worth the Risk

    I recently starting watching the PBS series called Prohibition. It used to be the men that would spend their paychecks at the tavern and come home drunk and abusive to their wives and children. Now, in addition, the young women are throwing their lives (and bodies) away like trash. I have never been a fan of social drinking. I think it causes many families a lot of pain. As the economy gets worse, society will become more and more dependent on alcohol. It’s just one more slippery slope.
